Greeting newcomers is a perfect way to make members feel welcome and not feel like an unwanted newbie.

A happy Moderator is a friendly moderator.Being friendly and a bit strict makes members respect you more then they respect mean super strict mods.

Of course,if you couldnt tell a member how to get to the games board,you certainly wouldnt be a moderator.Knowing your way ...

Panko Eggs

This is good:

Panko Eggs

1 1/2 cup Panko Bread crumbs

1 stick o' butter

1 large egg

1. In a saucepan put butter and panko together. Mix.

2. Crack the egg into a bowl. Beat it.

3. Heat up frying pan. Put egg on. Immediately put half of the P. bread crumbs on top

4. Flip egg over. put rest of crumbs on top.

5. Enjoy
